less than 2hrs before the appointment time will result in 100% of the reserved service amount
 

❌ LATE ARRIVALS❌

will be given a 10 min grace period.  If past the allotted time the service will be cancelled and will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount as this does not permit for the best quality and service.
